Uneven and inadequate illumination creates uncomfortable conditions for the life of the people and can provoke accidents on the roads, and to increase the number of crimes in the night-time. If the electronic ballast operates in the automated outdoor lighting control system, the lamp status diagnostic results are displayed on the monitor screen at the controller. The software displays the faulty lamp, even when disconnected lamps, that allow the controller remotely and quickly identify the nature and location of the fault, and transmit this information to a repair brigade.
